Farewell Trusty Steed

After 21 years of sterling service (original parts - frame, forks, seat post, wheel rims - everything else replaced / upgraded at least once) my old steel framed Holdsworth hybrid is off for a new adventure.

Hopefully someone in Africa will get the benefit of some transport to get the to / from work, hospital, doctors, school etc. thanks to those wonderful peeps at Re-Cycle in Colchester.  Go pay their website a visit right now - they happily make good use of whole bikes or just parts and tools.

I had to post my bike to them, but the courier charge was a reasonable £14 from www.interparcel.com
Your local bike shop should be happy to give you a carton from which they've just unpacked a new bike.
